We are delighted to announce that R&G Fluid Power Group Ltd has acquired Rubberlast Group Ltd, a leading supplier of industrial rubber, PVC and polyurethane associated products.
Founded in 1945, Rubberlast Group Limited has offered a wealth of product knowledge and passionate problem-solving capabilities to the industrial elastomer market for over 75 years. A long standing service which will only continue to excel within the R&G group.
On selling the business, MD of Rubberlast, Gideon Peel explained “I’m greatly appreciative of the acknowledgement of Rubberlast’s reputation within the industry and our placement within R&G Group, which is testament to the hard work of our amazing team over the last 30 years.
The investment that the acquisition will bring can only take Rubberlast onwards and upwards for the next 30 years. The foundation for my decision was the fact that R&G value the wonderful people that work here and intend to maintain that environment.
